- Do I need to be home?
- No — most recurring customers give us secure access and aren't home during the clean. You'll get a heads-up when we're on the way and a note when we're done.

- You can cancel up to 24 hours before your visit at no charge and reschedule up to 48 hours ahead. Nothing is charged until after your clean.
